So I'm thinking of quitting CVS
Post Body

Ok so its been a month and a week since I've started at CVS. Since then I've usually worked 14 hour days had at least 3 anxiety attacks and been the only tech there on some days. This past week alone the pharmacist kept calling me in early or changing the hours for when I came in as I am the only person who has the flexibility and reliableness to come in to get things done. I'm tired, I am so tired and the pay is only 2 more dollars than I made while I worked in the restaurants business, and handling a night where we have 500 people is a cakewalk compared to this shit. I'm really asking for some advice, this store doesn't have a lead tech yet and I don't know why they don't just give me the position already I know I'm new to this but still I have basically been the one putting this pharmacy back together since I got there from the other techs screaming and being to customers to bringing new people on and building a better team so the pharmacy has some actual customer service. I live an hour away as well and always get in on time and rn the cons outweigh the pros. So please people I'm begging for your opinions.
