Misprint or possible cracked printing plate error? Bottom left

In the bottom left of this sequential series of one dollar bills I found the same consistent line in the corner that slowly fades as the numbers increase and decrease. What’s your do yall think? I probably would’ve never noticed it, but it was on every single one dollar bill in this series and it looks like ink to me, but I’m no expert.
