CUNY application taking too long.

I'm having a hard time understanding how to enroll into college. i managed to get to this stage where i have to submit an Admission Application to CUNY. I've been eagerly waiting all these months but i have not received any emails from CityTech or anyone else. Its already Feb 25 and the application was submitted for 7 months, will it get rejected or something?
