Does the TAP give refunds?

Hey everyone! So I'm currently attending BMCC, and I had a problem with my TAP application, so the school paid my classes with my Pell, and I received my 300 dollar refund for what I had leftover from the pell, but my TAP was pending for about a week now, and it was cleared today. So I was wondering if I should be expecting the money that cannot be used towards my classes from the TAP back since i have no outstanding charges? Just my full TAP grant that went through just sitting in my account. Have any of you gotten refund checks from the TAP? Thanks!
