Bhai NTA doesn't know how to make a website

Firstly I wasn't able to upload my photo , which I did after trying for 2 days, thanks to a comment on another post and now this is what happens when I tried to upload my signature. Just how hard is it to make a functional website.
Any Ideas on what to do next .
