Overwhelmed on day one😪

Why am I overwhelmed on the first day,(liberal studies major)this isn't new to me but today I had 4 classes in person and omg I wanted to cry 😬😩 2 online later this week, this semester is gonna be rough. So I plan to use our gym, I just don't wanna go alone so if anyone is interested being gym buddies, I'd appreciate it.🥹
