Will my financial aid be affected by dropping this class?

I'm taking 15 units right now and 12 of them are academic (general ed and lower division for my major) and 3 of them are arts-based (2 units for dance and 1 unit for a music group). Well, a personal situation came up and I need to drop my dance class. This would put me at 13 units (12 academic and 1 art). Is this enough to keep my financial aid? Or do I need to stay in my dance class?

Also, I emailed the teacher and she hasn't gotten back to me. If I drop the class and take the W mark, will it really affect my transcript?
