Hello! My name is Daniel and I'm a 2nd year student at CSULB. Me and my roommate have a 2 Bed/1 Bath Apartment and we wanted to see if there's any CSULB students interested in living in our apartment, which is cheaper than the dorms. We also want someone to be able to move in move in before the Spring Semester. Our total rent is $2055, so we're trying to find 2 people to share a room together, to make rent cost $520 per person. Though, if we get 1 person, rent would be about $705. However, if you chose to live with my roommate, rent would be $675. The apartment is about a 15-minute bike ride to campus with Metro Buses that take you straight to the University. The apartment is also near the beach, with a community pool as well.
