Hello,I’m applying to graduate school for a masters in social work. I’ve never known anyone who’s gone for a masters, so I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on what to expect. For instance, will I be able to work ? It says I’ll have to be doing 16 hours of an internship, is that for the entire 2 years or for just 2 semesters? Are these internships pay or no pay? Will I be taking classes and doing an internship at the same time ? For those who have worked while getting a MSW, how did it impact you? How much free time did you have ? Please and thank you.
