What has your guys' experience been with the on-campus therapist?

I've had a lot happen to me this semester and I thought that I would have the ability to push through with the support of those close to me, but I've realized I may need more professional help. I want to talk out what's been going on in my mind so I can go into finals week not mentally and emotionally drained and exhausted. Any and all experiences are welcomed, even if the experience wasn't good.
