Grad Ceremony Commencement Gift Orders

Just purchased a bouquet and bear for my partner's graduation ceremony and had 2 questions:
- Are we able to pick up our orders after the ceremony instead of before? I'd like to keep the flowers fresh and not hold them for 2 hours in the sun during the ceremony.
- Is the booth where we pick them up at Angel Stadium pretty noticeable? I'm from out of state so am unsure about the whole layout.
