This letter addresses racism within the California State University Fullerton's Psychology department, and there is a corresponding document if anyone is interested to sign (you don't have to be from CSUF or a psych major ), because there is a deep rooted issue of racism within this field, especially in academia and there has been a long history of complacency, despite the fact that our field is supposed to promote mental health rather than be a source of harm
