Can’t get into GET

For some reason after I activated my student ID and set up my MyCalStateLa I can’t get into GET. I’m using the same log in info I’ve always used and it just keeps saying my info is incorrect. Is anyone having the same issue? Or does anyone know who I can contact for help?
