BMW M235i problem?

Hey, I recently got a 1* M235i from a Silver Crate. Stripped my 0* one for the parts for it and now it's quite heavily tuned up (464PP 544 EVO) but I've noticed that when I shift into fifth gear and hit about 106 MPH it starts losing revs and slowing down. If I leave it in fourth and rev past the shift points it'll hit about the same speed and do the same thing.
What's going on and how do I sort this out?
