Sprained my ankle 😭

I twisted my ankle and now my CRPS is flaring up so badly (in both feet, no less!) :( I can’t even tell the difference between regular CRPS pain and the sprained ankle. I don’t know if I should call my pcp or pain management? Ugh, I’m so tired of this bs.
