Ketamine/lidocaine compound cream

My doctor prescribed a compound cream that is ketoprofen/amitriptyline/gabapentin/lidocaine/prilocaine/ketamine/magnesium. It's $85 and not covered by insurance so I can't decide if I should get it. Has anyone used this or something similar? Is it worth the $$?
