Relief for hot/swollen feet?

I have CRPS in both feet and it seems like it’s starting to go up my legs :( my biggest trigger is heat. My feet swell up, turn bright red, and get really hot (hot but not burning, if that makes sense). Ice packs help, but I can’t really sit with ice on my feet all day long.. so I’m just wondering if anyone has any ideas for how to keep my feet cool? Summer is coming and I’m very nervous because this is my first summer with CRPS and it gets up to 120f where I live. Really scared that it’s gonna be a miserable few months! Any advice would be appreciated.
