Does anyone here have cold type crps? I hear a lot about the hot kind, it seems more common. We’re all the same team hot or cold. We’re just playing different positions. I’m curious how others experience the cold kind. I’ve heard that it’s slightly less painful but has a worse long term prognosis. Anyway I’ve really deteriorated that last few years and was wondering if this is “normal”.
I have cold type in all my limbs and got type in my face! It seems as if my crps progresses to cold type the longer it’s in a certain area.
