Post Body

It’s really hard to take a good picture of coins without proper lighting! You guys have really inspired me to start taking a closer look at my change (and bills, but that’s another subreddit) and I did my first hunting today! Went through all of my change and had some rolls that I’ve been meaning to go through. This is what I have so far. Can anyone help me see if I found anything cool? In case you can’t see the dates, I’m going to be as descriptive as possible from left to right:

1936 wheat penny 1944 wheat penny 1950- D wheat penny 1945 wheat penny 1966 wheat penny 1979 Susan B Anthony dollar 1971 Morgan dollar

I also have found 3 newer Pennie’s with the “D” under the date. What does this stand for?

And lastly, I collect the Bi-centennial quarters and I have since I was a kid. I’m assuming these have no real value, but I really liked the drummer in the back when I was younger!

When looking through my change, what else should I be looking for? Any links to more info for a first timer would be appreciated also! Thank you!
