Upgraded to the CR Touch and now the z axis won't go down or home.

I have a CR-10S Pro I upgraded to rhe CR Touch, which is basically the same as the BL Touch but required the 5 pin connector to be split into 3 2. I followed Creality's video on the BL Touch installation and also flashed the LCD and installed Marlin 2.0. The problem I noticed is that I can move in every direction except down. It also doesn't home and I notice that the CR Touch's pin is extended.
Anyone got any ideas? I could share my configuration files if anyone wants to see them.
