Howdy All,
I have been going down somewhat of a rabbit hole trying to decide what direct drive upgrade I should do for my CR-10 v1. Currently I have the stock Bowden setup with the stock hotend CR-Touch btt skr mini e3 v2 Dual Z lead screw/additional stepper motor (no belt synchronizer at top - mixed opinions as to whether that actually is needed).
What has everyone else done? What has everyone found produces the best extrusion/print quality with the CR-10 v1?
At the moment I am leaning towards this from Amazon:
Microswiss Direct Drive Extruder for Creality CR-10 / Ender 3 Printers https://a.co/d/378TGZx
But then I also see this as an another option I think - actually I am not sure if this is compatible with the btt skr mini e3 v2?
