Stupid question time: CR10 V1 with 4.2.7 board and Ender V2 screen

Long story short, I picked up a V1 for $60 off marketplace, and the original owner was having issues with the EZABL, V6 hotend and getting it all to work properly.

No idk dick about Marlin due to having only dealt with Ev2's and professional firmware. I do understand that this a 12v machine vs the 24v Ev2.

Now from what I've skimmed, the 4.2.7 boars will function, or maybe I'm completely wrong on that.

I'm currently in Aurora, CO and there is a microcenter here so it would be easy for me to go and pick up the components.
