Hi Everyone,
This is a weekly post for positive experiences only. An experience could be anything that made you happy, it doesn't have to be relationship oriented. It could be going out for lunch with friends, finding an amazing movie or tv series, going out for exercise, or it could be that you and your partner worked through something together.
I am putting this as a positives only because I understand that everyone here experiences so much trauma day-to-day. Often you are working through trauma, and the good things that you experience can be forgotten, or can even be minimised. But also, from my experience, some people don't want to hear your positives experiences or you may feel unsafe to share these experiences with family or friends.
I encourage you to describe some of the experiences if applicable. For example, if you went to the park, what did you see or hear, what was your favorite memory of that experience.
