I’m not gunna word this well so bare with me…
So like…
Obviously if you’re neglected and are an unhealthy kid it will affect you later on and then not to mention like struggling with self-care later and junk…
How do you do like tests with the doctor to see where your health is at to see if it’s at a good level. Aside from blood tests and inside stuff I mean like fitness maybe and like I’m all cracky and my joints hurt and… jeebs idk.
