So talked to my therapist yesterday and she agrees that I am experiencing “the wave” and it’s a “downward wave” right now and we talked about some ways that I can ride this through and get back up….but honestly I wasn’t even paying attention 😔

I know I should be kind to myself and all that, but it’s hard. I feel like I am having a breakdown and I don’t know how to get back up and do well again.

How many times do I have to go through this wave again?

What helps you all get through to the other side without completely falling apart?
