So talked to my therapist yesterday and she agrees that I am experiencing âthe waveâ and itâs a âdownward waveâ right now and we talked about some ways that I can ride this through and get back upâŚ.but honestly I wasnât even paying attention đ
I know I should be kind to myself and all that, but itâs hard. I feel like I am having a breakdown and I donât know how to get back up and do well again.
How many times do I have to go through this wave again?
What helps you all get through to the other side without completely falling apart?
