Anyone else struggle with forms of addictions to cope with the pain?
Post Body

Hi so thank you to everyone for all the feedback for my previous post it was extremely helpful!

Wanted to post something else in relation to addiction in other forms. I’ve slowly realized I sometimes over do it with drinking when I am out with friends. I don’t do it often but when I do, I’ll black out, throw up and end up saying things I regret. So I guess that would be binge drinking. I also have a binge eating disorder and binge eat as well. I’ve gotten much better but I still have cravings to just binge(especially at night or after a night of drinking). With all that I’ve been…sleeping around a lot. I’ve been safe and smart about it. Never sleeping with multiple people at once. But these are patterns I’ve noticed I do to numb the pain and very much avoid it lol

I’m starting to journal more to help with just writing down my feelings and all that but I guess I want to hear about anyone else’s experiences with this and things you’ve done to help with it.
