Was thinking about this this morning while extolling the benefits of taking up a musical instrument as part of healing.
Locally therapy costs 180-240 dollars an hour.
Piano lessons cost about $40 an hour.
Does anything think that it's harder to get an MSW that it is to pass the Royal Conservatory Music exams?
Perspective for my American readers: Minimum wage where I live is $15/hour. A typical warehouse labourer job is $18. A journeyman trades job is low to mid 30's.
