DAE start having dangerous, self-destructive thoughts when they can't sleep?

I've been awake all night and whenever this happens, I start having feelings of anger bubbling up for the people who raised me and with whom I still live (since a lot of my sleep problems are due to things that are their fault, like noise in the house), and I start wishing that I could hurt them and get away with it. My life is only bearable because I spend some of it not awake. When that's taken away it's like I'm staring into the abyss.
