I live in a third world country, and we can't afford going to a psychologist but I'm suspecting that I have C-PTSD based from the symptoms (but still hoping that im not). Since I am not able to do therapy, may I ask what do you do in order to somehow manage it (I'm not talking about taking medicines, etc related to it)? Answers will be highly appreciated.

Btw, I tried to do meditation many times but failed because maybe its not my cup of tea. Thanks.
