Numbed emotions and Window of Tolerance.
Post Body

So far numbed emotions have been described as a consequence of too much time in hypoarrousal.

Once you regulate to be in your WoT most of the time, will emotions decompress naturally, or do you need to unpack them manually?

I've read to expand them you need to move just out of your WoT then soothe yourself back into WoT, with the idea of showing yourself, "that wasn't so bad" But given that WoT is just a metaphor, and determining where you are in it is arbitrary, I don't see how to translate this into an effective unpacking strategy.

Can numbed emotions come from other than extended periods in hypo?

How can you effectively un-numb them? Searching for this is not turning up much except, "See your therapist"
