So I have recently been working through the various traumas of my childhood. Flashbacks I guess. They being on panic attacks which can be slightly intense but don’t last long and I stay mentally present. Sometimes the flashbacks are brought on by something I see (real life or on a screen), or a situation I’m in. They occur almost daily and are impacting my relationship with my partner (who is ver supportive). He’s worried my meds aren’t working but I feel this is how to heal the past for me. How have others’ healing processes looked like?
