Does anyone find that writing down their dreams, and thinking about them, helps with their CPTSD recovery?
Post Body
It’s been awhile since I’ve remembered my dreams, but over the last several weeks, I’m remembering one every ten days or so, and they’re super relevant to my recovery - they sort of forecast what stage or phase is coming up. When I reread them a couple weeks later, it's become clear how they primed the pump - created the opening for what I worked on next.
