I’ve posted in here before, but it’s been awhile. anyways, ive noticed my PTSD tends to make me unreasonably paranoid, like sometimes to where when I’m driving I’ll think someone’s following me, when I was younger it used to be that that every car that drove past was out to get me and now I feel paranoid almost anywhere I go, my back has to be facing the door I observe my surroundings looking for the quickest exists, and sometimes we’ll a lot of times me doing this leads me to dissociate and go into a bad memory of trauma, has anyone ever found any coping skills that possibly worked for them to help paranoia or is it just me ?
