I don’t have any family or loved ones, so anything involving them is off the table. I have some somewhat toxic friends who aren’t great, but are there if I’m truly desperate to have someone to talk to. They aren’t the kind of people I can go to for any emotional support, though. If anyone has any ideas for fun activities that I can do to try and get out of my dorm room, please let me know. I want to try something, but am struggling to come up with ideas. I’m afraid of just sitting and dissociating for a week in a row. I also seem to lack the brain power or energy for complex thought right now, since I’m so dissociated. (Disclaimer: I am in therapy).
