How do you navigate CPTSD?
Post Body

I've been doing a lot of self-healing recently from my traumatic childhood and upbringing. It's just, it seems like there are a million different things intertwined together which can make it seem overwhelming and hard to work on, it's draining. Does anybody have any advice for navigating?

I have a counsellor/mentor who's helped me a lot but we don't speak much anymore bc he's busy (though we still have small sessions here and there), and I can't access therapy/other counselling.

I've always been rethinking things so I already had a skeletal framework to work with, so now after using CBT and with increased awareness there's like this information explosion.
