Starting my trauma recovery therapy today...what are the key questions or concerns I should communicate with the therapist?

Post Body

I’m talking to my new therapist in 5.5 hours, whose job is to help me recover from trauma. I’m a male, 54 year old recently diagnosed as Autistic (ASD level 1) aka (Asperger’s), I’ve come to believe that I’m suffering from CPTSD as it’s a common experience for late stage ASD diagnosis.

It took me four months to find someone who had experience with Autism and CPTSD and who would take a new patient. I’m not 100% sold on her yet, but I’m hopeful.

If you have any suggestions that would be helpful, please post them in the next 5 hours. My meeting is at 10:00AM (EST). Thanks.

Update: I looked at the wiki after I made my post, and found that many of the links are dead or lead to places that don’t have an article related to the topic. I realize I waited to the last minute to ask this but if you have help, please respond with it as I need it and would appreciate it.
