1-5 years old understandable when your an adult but not remembering it when your 13 or 14 and barely remembering any elementary too when your the same age idk. When icwas 15 or 16 I barely remember the ages between 10-13. And I can barely remember my teenage years now since I'm in my 20s. Does this sound like memory regression. I know it's normal as an adult to not remember but being young and those years close to you and not rembering them shakes me. I also have a memory I don't know if it's false or not. I wish I could talk to someone about it and what they think about it. I told my dad but he doesn't believe me not really. It's frustrating me because ocd wanting to know the past and whyci can't remember it. I RMEMBER a few pieces barely anything that's it. I'm not happy not knowing even if it harms me mentally.
