Newly diagnosed: is "shutting down", "deactivation" and "disassociation" basically all the same thing?
Post Body
Is shutting down, deactivation and disassociation all basically the same thing?
Or is disassociation something completely different? And perhaps better suited for other mental health diagnoses?
I want to research ways to heal and it would be good to know the difference and also to hear other people's perspectives and experiences
Thanks ❤️
