Nobody talk about how exhausting and time consuming it is to unpack complex trauma . I have spent so many hours of my life and so much energy unpacking, dismantling, unlearning and healing my complex traumas. This is time and energy I could have devoted to so many other pursuits - like making money, saving and investing for the future, enjoying spending time with my loved ones, traveling (a huge passion), doing endurance sports (a huge passion), performing music and dance (also a huge passion).

I absolutely hate and resent how much of my life and energy and time this bullshit takes. It's a life thief.
