How do you folks manage working our?! I’ve been very athletic my whole life but having been stuck in hypervigilance for so long and/or freeze - it just makes my body even more amped up and then my heart rate and BP and adrenals and cortisol are even wilder. Less sleep, less energy, yadda, yadda. Does anyone else experience this or have any suggestions?
