Why shouldn't I just give up?

I've failed at everything I've tried. My life is absolute hell, and nobody cares enough to actually help. Nothing positive has ever come from me trying to do anything. At this point, I believe nothing can change no matter how much I try. I honestly just want to spend whatever is left of my life in bed
