My brain is constantly thinking things that make me feel bad and I don’t know how to change that.

I’m starting with rewording everything. Maybe not in a way that is positive but in a way that gives me control. I’m not sure if that’s even the right way to go. I don’t have control over everything hardly anything. Even what I can control doesn’t guarantee shit outside the present moment hard work doesn’t guarantee a job, etc! “The world doesn’t owe you shit” At this moment I don’t see the point in being here if I can’t have what I want.
