how am I meant to function?

Iโ€™m coming to realize that what I went through was far from normal, and after surviving everything Iโ€™m left with a dysregulated nervous system and constant dissociation. and yet, I still have daily tasks and responsibilities I am expected to perform. how can i get to a place where Iโ€™m okay enough to function in a capitalist society?

I just need to finish these two classes over the summer and figure out a way to feel safe in my own right. DBT and somatic/IFS based therapy has helped but itโ€™s slow. is there anything that can work faster? maybe EMDR? art therapy?
