Hi, I was diagnosed with PTSD (that I know is really c-PTSD) and my therapist refused to give me the specific diagnosis because, he claims, the treatment is the same. Isn't it also true that maybe he said no because it isn't in the dsm yet? I know it's not impossible to receive that diagnosis because of women in other forums. I'm curious to hear about anyone's experience with seeking the c-diagnosis. Thanks.
