The Fubon Guardians have recalled four players from their minor league team.

C Dai Pei-Feng and OF Kao Kuo-Hui will return from the injured list and are in the lineup tonight against the CTBC Brothers. They should help boost Fubon's offensive prowess.

Prospect P Yang Bin, along with INF Lin Wei-Ting, have been promoted. Yang was drafted in 2019 and has an ERA of 5.87 and a WHIP of 1.51 in 38.1 innings over 8 games (6 starts) with the second team. Last year, he pitched to a 18.00 ERA in 3 innings of work. He will likely serve as bullpen depth with RP Lin Cheng-Hua demoted.

INF Lin Wei-Ting has been with the EDA/Fubon organization for 7 seasons. He is a career .282/.337/.389 hitter and has speed on the basepaths. He slashed .219/.308/.288 in 20 games with the second team this season with no home runs and 10 RBIs. Last year, he hit .277/.410/.355 in 40 games with the first team, with 1 home run, 12 RBIs, and 7 stolen bases. His best season came in 2016 when he appeared in a career-high 114 games for the then-EDA Rhinos and posting a slash line of .286/.345/.450 along with 13 home runs, 61 RBIs, and 21 stolen bases. With INF Yang Chin-Hao demoted, Lin will serve as a utilityman for the Guardians.
