Big differences between stats on app vs machine
Post Body

Brand new CPAP user here (last night was night two). I have an Airsense 11. I must say, last night seemingly went great. I slept through the night. Went to bed with the mask on, woke up with it still on. Most importantly, my wife said I didn't snore- and considering I was on my back, that must mean that the CPAP was doing something.

However, the machine and the app tell very different stories. The machine says I used it for 7:36 (which is how long I feel I used it- 10:30 pm to 6 am), but the app says I used it for 12 minutes. So I'm wondering, is the machine telling me how long it was on, and the app how long I used it properly? Also, I'm concerned because my insurance is paying for the machine, and I know I need to use it 4 hours a night 70% of nights. Which, if that goes from machine data, I'm golden, but if app data I'm screwed.

So I guess I'm just curious if anyone else has seen this- or knows what it means. I'm excited to use my CPAP as well as possible. Just trying to understand the conflicting data.
