Anything compatible with the Dreamwear Headgear other than their own masks?
Post Body

So I started out with the Nasal Pillow for the Resmed (can't remember the name it came out the top of the head and it's the newer one) with Airsense 11. Switched to Nasal Cushion inserts (this was the most comfortable so far) but didn't like how when I opened or used my mouth (I get a lot of throat problems and often need to bring up goo or clear my throat) it felt like it was forcing air down my throat and giving me gas.

I heard a lot of good things about the Dreamwear and bought out of my own pocket (still using with the Airsense 11). I don't mind the headgear (though don't find it particularly comfortable), but can't stand any of the masks so far. The 'full-face' is the worst and leaves me congested and I can't keep it on for more than an hour, but I didn't enjoy the nasal cradle either. The full face also is constantly leaking, feels like wearing a respirator and is making a 'floop' noise a ton too or whistling. I've yet to try the cushion but am looking into it.

My question is thus, do any other masks work with the Dreamwear headgear? I assume, for example that the resmed n30i and p30i (forgive me if the numbers are wrong) would not work with the Phillips headgear. I returned them at the time, but am tempted to try the nasal cushions/pillow again because I'm having so much trouble.

Other than that, any recommendations for a mask that might work for me. Some issues and likes I've had are below (sorry for the wall of text).

I sleep on my side leaning to the front, so prefer a hose from the top, need humidifier but find top climate hose very heavy compared to softer lighter hoses. Find the nose insert cushions most comfortable/invisible, but don't like the 'gas, forced air' issue when I have to clear phlegm. Not a big fan of anything that causes loud breathing sounds, dislike the side air tubes, but can manage if everything else is right. Really do badly with noise during attempt to sleep. Sleeping quickly and comfortable is important as I have severe sleep onset Myoclonus.

I found the Nasal 'cradle' style to be ok, but was always aware of it and had trouble positioning it well and feeling like I could get good air. On the Resmed side I seemed to be somewhere between small and medium, struggling to get masks to fit well. On the Philips side I'm solidly a medium.

Any help appreciated, I have the mini Apnea thing (can't remember the term) and anything that can give me better sleep is very needed due to my other health problems.
