How do you get consistently below 5 events per hour?

I'm usually in the 5-7 range, sometimes higher and sometimes lower. And then I read on here about people in the 2s.
What are your secrets? Or am I overthinking this?
I have a ResMed AirCurve 10 BiPap, with pressures of IPAP Max 25, EPAP Min 7.8, and PS at 4. After 48 days of use, my average pressure is 16.7 and average exp pressure is 12.7.
