Question about APAP vs. CPAP

Hello everyone! I have been using a ResMed Airsense 10 for about a month now and it has truly helped me. I am interested in buying a cheaper travel machine and have been looking at things like the Transcend Mini or the Apex XT lone, but I have one concern. Where I am used to a machine that automatically senses the pressure I need, will I be able to use a constant pressure machine fairly easy? Will I have to get used to it all over again? Is it worth the cost of going to an APAP version of a travel machine?
