New Philips Respironics DreamStation (photo in comments). Any experiences?

Pending insurance approval it looks like I'm getting a Philips Respironics DreamStation auto CPAP. It appears this is brand new to the market. Anybody have any experience with it? This will be my first CPAP machine.
